Summary
This release includes a small number of quality of life enhancements aimed at providing higher transparency into various processes for both users and RCKMS administrators. Additionally, ongoing efforts to eliminate dependency on legacy or bulky libraries continues with adjustments made in VCS and CAT.

Fix for accessible vulnerabilities related to

Eliminates dependency on MDHT library for Clinical Document translation.
Applies measures for thread safety and startup concurrency race condition.
