Summary

This release primarily contains various quality of life and performance optimizations, as well a few upgrades to support changing workflows. MTS and CAT both received minor adjustments to support a modified specification retirement workflow to improve ease of usability. Additionally, MTS received an upgrade to the authorization mechanism leveraged for the VSAC API to comply with upcoming deprecation and migration to new key based auth.

• Update base image to maven:3.9-eclipse-temurin-8

• Update VSAC API authentication to key based method

• Set ValueSetDTO max length - 1024

• Added support for READY_TO_RETIRE statuses to support enhanced retirement workflow

• Enabled configurable JWKS_URI for JWT validation

• Adjusted assignment of Problem diagnosticEventTime from Act effectiveTime

• Various performance and code cleanliness optimizations

RRS

• Adjusted Condition Details report for inclusion of both External and Internal References

CAT

• UX Optimizations within the Criteria Manager and Criteria Editor interfaces

• Added support for READY_TO_RETIRE statuses to support enhanced retirement workflow

• Bug fix for proper reflection of Payload Type in Test Case Manager

• Various dependency updates to resolve CVEs
